TASTING NOTES:
A modern style of wine in which certain principles have been followed in accordance with the special production methods of designated “VINOS DE PAGO”. This is due to where the two grape varieties are grown. It is a single plot situated at a height of 940 metres above sea level.

This special feature endows it with some characteristic nuances, such as its structure and the notable stability of its total acidity, which will ensure proper ageing, as well as a definite “terroir” relating to the plot.

With the contribution of the Merlot variety, a special aromatic potency has been achieved, imparting a characteristic that differentiates it from other wines with similar qualities.

On sight it displays a remarkable depth with definite tones of violet with ruby-red swirls. It is decidedly full-bodied, which does not exclude refinement on the palate, with a long, lingering finish.

Decanting is recommended before drinking (for at least 20 minutes).

It should be consumed ideally at a temperature of 18º to 20ºC.

ANALYSIS:
