Vineyard Planning: Head Trained Vines. Vineyard formation 3 x 1.5 formed with three arms with 3 spur buds (9 per vine) with a height of 25-30 cm from the ground.

Cultivation Techniques: Growing techniques are an important influence on the quality of the grapes as are the handling of the foliage, the choice of root stock on which to graft cuttings, the pruning system, and fertilisation and irrigation systems.
The grafts are chosen according to the analysis of the orientation, climate conditions and experience gained from the land.
The land is fertilized with organic fertilizers from animal products.
