Elaboration
This wine comes from the fresh part of the Rosedal and Dehesa estates. We harvest it at night and, immediately afterwards, when it arrives at the winery, we carry out a small maceration that allows us to obtain its precious aromas. Fermentation takes place at a very low temperature to maintain its freshness.

The magnificent very pale, salmon-pink, crystalline shade with brilliant reflections makes us fall in love at first sight, reminding us of diamonds. On the nose it is an explosion of fruit aromas, highlighting cherry, strawberry and raspberry. With an intense and floral finish. Its passage through the mouth is smooth and balanced.
