Elaboration
The Albillo Mayor grape with which La Retama is made comes from our oldest family vineyards (80-100 years old) located on the same estate that gives it its name, being picked and selected by hand, ensuring its care at all times. This ribereño white rests for a total of 12 months in 500L French Oak barrels, where it is aged on its own lees, prior to its final passage through the bottle to finish rounding it off.
