Le Bijou Rose
Le Bijou Rose comes from our best vineyards in The Rose Garden, whose climatic singularity allows the perfect balance in the wine. We have extracted the heart of the Tempranillo, macerated with the skin and fermented in French oak. The result is a rose petal colored wine with aromas of red fruits and white flowers. Complex wine, of limited production, to be enjoyed calmly.

Elaboration: Le Bijou Rose comes from the best vineyards of El Rosedal, enjoying its own valley in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. Deep, clayey and sandy loam soils, located at an average altitude of 850 meters, which together with a cool climate for the region and the significant temperature variations between day and night make it possible to maintain a perfect balance in the wine.
CATA's notesPairing: The result is a rose petal colored wine -poetic- with aromas of red fruits and white flowers. On the palate, the acidity is refreshing and dominates its great elegance and balance. This wine is complex, of limited production and must be drunk calmly.
Pairing: In addition to stews and pasta, the Merlot contained in our Ritus makes it ideal for semi-cured cheeses, game meat, rice dishes and even legumes.
