Balbas payments
Cultivated in the Torrosillo estate, a unique natural setting surrounded by roe deer, rabbits and birds of prey, in the shade of low pine forests that help regulate temperatures, our family vineyards are the axis of the production of this riverside red wine. Balbas payments born from the love of our land and the history that binds us to it since 1777.

Elaboration: Its grapes are carefully picked by hand, so that, once elaborated, they remain in liquid form for a total of 9 months, resting in French oak barrels. After that, they rest in our bottle rack for the necessary time until their evolution is complete.
CATA's notesPairing: We are talking about a fresh, creamy red wine with hints of vanilla and floral notes. In the mouth, an explosion of wild fruits runs through our palate, displaying its fleshiness. His memory is pleasant as well as persistent, delicate and extroverted.
