La Retama

The Albillo grape used to make our white wine par excellence, La Retama, comes from our oldest family vineyards (80-100 years old). These are located in the same farm that gives it its name, being collected and selected by hand, ensuring its care at all times. This Ribereño white rests for a total of 12 months in a single 500L French Oak barrel where it is aged on its own lees, prior to its final passage through the bottle to finish rounding it off.
